A question about "provide to" city

After I occupied an oasis, it provides the city with resource For example, I sent troops from my sub city to occupy an oasis, it will then provides resource to my sub city.

My question is that is there anyway I can change this "provide to" city without resigning and reoccupying the oasis?

nope, let me give an example.

You have two cities: City X and City Y

You have 500 cats in City X and you want to gather resources for City Y

What you need to do is DISPATCH your troops from City X to City Y then capture the desired oaises from there.
